Since the official expansion of Behsam in 2007 into electrical design, supervision, and project execution, the company entered a new stage of growth, development, and professional consolidation. At that important stage, the company needed a dependable, organized, and capable professional who could work closely with senior management while supporting executive operations, internal coordination, and the development of this new division. In this context, Arezoo Abbasi Fashmi joined Behsam as Executive Department Manager.

In the early years of this division’s formation, she played a major role in managing executive affairs, coordinating workforce deployment to project sites, monitoring project progress, and supporting daily operations. Her key responsibilities included helping projects move forward on schedule, preventing material shortages, maintaining execution quality, and ensuring proper coordination across operational teams. She also oversaw parts of payroll-related matters and personnel coordination, further reflecting the significance of her role within Behsam’s executive framework.

Her continued and effective collaboration alongside Engineer Hassan Ramezani played a valuable role in shaping Behsam’s executive discipline, organizational cohesion, and long-term growth. As a result of her years of close involvement with different parts of the company, she has developed a broad and in-depth understanding of Behsam’s structure, processes, and operational needs.

Today, in recognition of her years of commitment, responsibility, and contribution to the company’s development, she serves not only as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, but is also recognized as a shareholder of Behsam Electric Engineering Group.
