Project Overview

The Temporal Project was developed as a residential building in the Mahmoudieh area of Tehran, one of the city’s established residential districts. Located at No. 11, Ordibehesht Alley, Mahmoudieh Street, Valiasr Street, the project covered an approximate area of 4,900 square meters and was developed for Mr. Mahdi Malekzadeh.

As a modern residential development, the project required a complete and coordinated electrical execution approach. Residential buildings of this scale need electrical systems that support comfort, safety, efficiency, and long-term reliability for both private living spaces and shared building areas.

The Temporal Project required organized electrical planning from the early construction stages through final finishing to ensure that all systems were properly installed, coordinated, and suitable for long-term residential use.

Electrical Execution and Technical Scope

Residential buildings with an approximate area of 4,900 m² require electrical infrastructure that can support multiple daily functions across the building. Power distribution, lighting systems, residential unit requirements, common-area electrical infrastructure, panel organization, grounding, and coordination with mechanical and architectural systems are all important parts of the electrical scope.

The electrical execution for a project of this type typically includes:

  • Power distribution for residential units and shared building areas
  • Lighting systems for units, corridors, entrances, parking areas, and common spaces
  • Electrical panel organization and circuit planning
  • Wiring routes coordinated with architectural and structural layouts
  • Grounding and safety-related electrical infrastructure
  • Electrical preparation for mechanical and building support systems
  • Common-area electrical systems
  • Final switch, outlet, fixture, and device installation
  • Coordination with interior finishing stages
  • Maintenance-friendly installation for long-term building operation

In a project such as Temporal, electrical execution must be carefully managed from the early stages of construction through final finishing. Proper coordination helps ensure that wiring routes, lighting layouts, distribution systems, and service areas are completed accurately and remain practical for future maintenance.

Project Coordination and Execution

The Temporal Project involved a scale large enough to require organized planning, consistent execution, and careful coordination with the overall construction process. Residential developments of this size depend on reliable electrical infrastructure not only for private units but also for common areas, building support spaces, and future maintenance needs.

Electrical work needed to be coordinated with architectural layouts, mechanical systems, finishing requirements, and construction progress. Proper planning was essential to ensure that power systems, lighting points, panels, wiring routes, and service spaces were installed safely and efficiently.

Behsam Electric’s contribution to the Temporal Project reflects the company’s ability to deliver electrical execution for residential construction projects that require both technical discipline and attention to detail.
